Sales43
The AI working partner for B2B salespeople and their managers, from the first target account to the renewal.

The partner
Two modes
“Think with me” plans, drafts and explores options. “Challenge me” tests the evidence, asks the hard questions and pushes back on a weak plan.
The user decides
Each suggestion can be accepted, adapted or rejected with a reason. Suggested changes to a record wait for approval, and nothing is sent without it.
It reads what it is given
Meeting notes, reports, screenshots and images. Sales43 can also look up a company’s website and news.
Ask J. Ferris to set up a 30-minute call with N. Rao before the proposal goes out. Test the budget and the year-end date on that call.
Knowing how to sell is not the same as applying it on every deal
When each salesperson brings a different method from a different past, results are uneven. Deals move forward because someone feels good about them. Pipeline reviews turn into status updates.
Sales43 keeps one standard in front of each salesperson when they make a decision, and each person keeps their own style.

Six areas
One application from the first target account to the renewal.

Qualify
What the customer has confirmed, who decides and what is missing.

Where it works
In the browser, on the phone between meetings, and in a panel beside the CRM.
Ask who signs above the plant manager.
Connections
The company decides whether to connect its CRM, and whether the connection is one-way or two-way.
Where the company allows it, Sales43 also uses the calendar, email and messaging tools to plan the day and send approved invites, minutes and messages. Everything sent is recorded in the salesperson’s profile.
Data
Company accounts
Everything in Sales43 belongs to the company: customer, deal and contact data, notes, and each salesperson’s AI conversations. The company decides who can see what, including usage metrics.
When someone leaves
Accounts, deals and notes can be reassigned to a colleague. AI conversations stay archived on the closed profile, where the company can view or export them. They are never moved into anyone else’s workspace.
Individual accounts
When a salesperson or manager uses Sales43 for their own deals, the data belongs to them.
Set up for each team
Start with a discovery meeting to discuss your use cases and see Sales43. Together, we assess whether it fits your needs, whether the default version is suitable or customisation is needed, and which connections to include. The Sales Arc then prepares a proposal. Once agreed, we work with your IT team on setup.
The company decides
- Whether to connect a CRM
- One-way or two-way sync
- Who can see and do what, including usage metrics
The Sales Arc configures
- Puts those decisions into Sales43 during onboarding
- Starts with The Sales Arc defaults for each role, unless customisation is agreed
- On request, customises stages, playbooks, planners, roles, permissions and connectors
The team has no admin screens to manage. Customisation runs through implementation & advisory.
