Deal reviews that end in a decision
When a salesperson shares a deal, the manager sees the deal record, the evidence and the notes before the meeting. The review goes to the gap that matters most and ends with an agreed next step.
One-to-one logs and commitments sit with the deals.

The deal rests on one supporter. Before the proposal, who else can confirm the budget?

In Sales43
Shared deal review
Read the shared deal record, evidence and salesperson’s notes before the review. Use the meeting to examine the unresolved question: what does the customer need to confirm, and what should the salesperson do next?
One-to-ones
Keep one-to-one discussions alongside the deals they cover. At the next conversation, return to the earlier reasoning and agreed action so you can assess what changed and where the salesperson needs support.
Commitments
Track agreed commitments until they are met or missed. Discuss an incomplete action before setting another one: was the expectation clear, did circumstances change, or does the salesperson need help?

Services for this role
Coaching for managers uses the team’s live deals to practise reviews and one-to-ones. The work focuses on asking questions that develop the salesperson’s judgement, agreeing a next step and checking what happened. Managers establish a regular coaching schedule they can keep running alongside their other responsibilities.
